For this Research project, I wanted to take a look at any interesting installation pieces. In fact, I found intriguing public Installation artworks of architecture firms that I discovered while reading “Brick, Brick, what do you want to be?” by Jiyoun Na. Most of the architecture firms were using everyday materials to give a slight changes in the mood of the exterior or interior of the buildings. Although those architecture firms were showing interesting subjects, I thought I should focus my research on installation pieces.

I found out a Canada based artist, Janet Echelman, who wanted to work on representing 1.8 magnitude slowing the earth’s time. In my persepective, her work enlightened me on how data could be encoded into public art work.

Other installation pieces are architecture firms TAKK and ARPHEOTYPE. In most case, their work induced me into visualization of motion.
